1. What types of apparel do you offer?
Ah, finally a question that doesn't make my eye's twitch. We offer T-shirts, sweatshirts, merch, and other assorted apparel for those who enjoy style with spine. If you’re looking for bland basics, this ain’t it. Our designs have bold prints and even bolder personalities.
2. Are your products ethically produced?
Yes, darling. We don’t just growl loudly, we do good loudly too. All our manufactured products are made in the US and internationally in a humane, no-sweat-shop, sustainable way. Our Fulfilment partners are part of the Fair Labor Association and Platinum WRAP certified (translation: we give a damn). Plus, our eco-friendly DTF & DTG prints use water-based, biodegradable, and non-toxic inks. Earth high-five!
3. What is your return policy?
We print each piece just for you (aww). So, we don’t accept returns if you just changed your mind or had an identity crisis. Returns are only accepted for items that are faulty or damaged. The catch? Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Contact us at info@growlingseahorse.com to kick-start the return process.
4. How long does shipping take?
Need it yesterday? We wish. But realistically, production takes 2-3 business days (because each item is made-to-order), and Delivery takes 2-5 business days in the US. International orders? Give us 10-30 business days. We’re fast, not magical.
5. Can I exchange an item?
Nope. Each piece is custom-printed for your fabulous self. So we can’t do exchanges. Triple-check your order before hitting that purchase button. Gus doesn’t believe in take-backs.
6. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Ugh. If that happens, we're not amused either. Contact us immediately at info@growlingseahorse.com with pics and details. We'll make it right. Gus’s honor.
7. Do you offer gift cards?
Yep, for the indecisive shopper or if you just want to let someone pick their own flavor of fabulous. But heads up: all gift card sales are final. No refunds, no exchanges, no whining.
8. What if I need to cancel my order?
Move faster than a caffeinated crab. If your order hasn't gone into production (usually within an hour), we may be able to cancel it. Email us ASAP. No promises, but we’ll try our best.
9. Do you do custom designs or bulk orders?

10. Are your shirts unisex?
Absolutely. Our tees are for humans, not labels. They fit fabulously on everyone. If you have a body, you can rock a Growling Seahorse tee.
